6 tablespoons butter
2 12 oz package of Campfire® Maple Roasters
7 cups crisped rice cereal
white chocolate melting chips
crushed walnuts or pecans
Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray
In large pan, over low heat, melt butter slowly, stirring until dissolved
Add 1 bag of marshmallows, stirring gently, until smooth
Remove from heat. Mix in cereal, stirring until evenly coated
Press gently into pan and let cool
If desired, cut into squares and top with a toasted Maple Roasted, white chocolate drizzle and crushed walnuts
